Navigate to ‘Add/Edit Records’ menu on the left panel.
Select the record which holds the instrument to be deleted. Once the record opens up, click on the dot representing the instrument to open it. Scroll down to the bottom of the instrument.
Click the ‘Delete data for THIS FORM only’ button to confirm deletion.
